Sinopsis The Price of Matrimony (English dubbed version)
Dai Zhe left his wealthy mother Jiang Mingli in order to marry Wu Xuefei. Although Jiang Mingli does not approve of Wu Xuefei, she still plans to surprise her when they meet and arrange for her promotion. However, Wu Xuefei accidentally hit Jiang Mingli while driving and fled under the instigation of her best friend Guan Lili. After Jiang Mingli was sent to the hospital, Guan Lili constantly obstructed the surgery and proposed many harsh conditions. Dai Zhe reluctantly agreed to save his mother. Later, Jiang Mingli's surgery was successful but she fell into a coma.
